87GT
So I have made the decision to use my Glock 26 as my main daily carry weapon. I want to buy a laser for it but not sure what one. My fear is buying a holster that won't safely hold a G26 and a laser. I don't want to buy a cheap one in either case. Any ideas what would work well for me? IWB holders even. Edited July 24, 2011 by 87GT It wont let me edit the title.

verse
Crossbreed are some of the best. Worst case, I know someone who makes custom leather holsters and is a big glock guy.
KillJoy
Get a Guide Rod Laser and buy the holster you want? KillJoy
RedRocket1647545505
1. Use the sites that are already on it. When proficient with them, you'll be faster with them than with a lazerbeam. I guarantee it. 2. Milt Sparks VMII 3. Don't forget an actual GUN belt. Your setup is worthless w/o a proper gun belt.

Mark1647545493
Crossbreed or Kholster are good. I have the Kholster and it works great for me. I can fit anything from my G27 to a GI model 1911 and it's so comfortable when I have the G27 in it I will forget its there. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=495&pictureid=5299 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=495&pictureid=5298 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=495&pictureid=5300 Take Austin's advise on the laser. Get good with the sites and you won't have a need for a laser. The only thing I found a laser good for was to let me know how shaky I was at the firing line. I have 2 lasermax lasers both in full frame Glocks and they never get used. After so many uses the end cap of the laser will wear out and render the laser unreliable. Also, don't plan on it being usefull more than 15ft from you in daylight. sol740
I have a kholster, and an old faithful iwb. They're both hybrid style holsters similar to crossbreed tucks. Both are super comfy, but the old faithful feels a little better quality wise, also comes with a combat cut, and they have a lot more options. Of course you can also modify the kholster to your liking. I cut the extra leather away, and dyed and sealed it. Prices were about the same. Not sure if either have laser options. 87GT
Is the combat cut not as comfy since more of the gun is on your skin? Or maybe you don't notice it?
stangsn95gt
Glock 29 in a crossbreed and I love it http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k204/stangsn95gt/ebaa85f6.jpg Should be even better with 26 since it's a thinner gun
Radio Flyer1647545514
There is a shop next to Jegs on E. Main in Reynoldsburg (I think that location) and they make custom holsters. Drop it off before work and pick it up after.
sol740
Is the combat cut not as comfy since more of the gun is on your skin? Or maybe you don't notice it? I do notice a slight comfort difference between having and not having a combat cut. However drawing is much easier with the cut, and I think it's worth the minimal comfort cost. sol740
Here is a pic of the un-modified Kholster($50 after dye, and resolene). Like I said I did end up dying it black, sealing it with resolene, cutting some of the extra material away(though not a full combat cut), and drilled a mag-release hole. Super-duper comfy, though kind of odd-smelling. Not foul, just kind of odd. Fitment on the kydex was proper, adjustment was easy enough, though you need to be careful with the backing plates as the metal teeth easily bend. Awesome warranty. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k21/sol740/KH1.jpg This one is the Old Faithful($45 shipped), the original kydex form was for an HK USP that I ended up selling. The original fit was solid. After I sold it, I figured I could keep the holster and use a heat-gun to reform the kydex if the gun was similar in size. It's not the prettiest anymore, but after re-heating it fits my PX4sc just fine, holds it tight, and "clicks" in and out like original. The owner of Old Faithful Holsters offered to re-cook the kydex for S&H charges only, which is above and beyond. Materials seem a little nicer over-all compared to the Kholster(though backing plates have same weak teeth), and comfort is still fantastic. Great warranty as well. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k21/sol740/OFH.jpg Edited July 26, 2011 by sol740
Avenger1647545502
I've been using a Comp-Tac MTAC holster for my XD.45 for two years now...great holster, never any problems with it. The leather is rather plain, but they have a new version with a really nice finish.
Radio Flyer1647545514
I went and had mine made today in Reynoldsburg at Survival Tactics. Took about 4 hours from the time I dropped off my gun until I went to pick it back up. Holster fits very snug and is made very well. My gun snaps right in and out of it very easily. I can hardly tell I have the thing on. I'll try and get a pic up today. 65$ is all I spent. Edited July 28, 2011 by Radio Flyer
