I had no intentions of being a landlord, but decided to lease to own my house since it wasn't selling.... Rent is not due until 8/1, but I want to have my game plan going. I know I will need a 3 day notice come 8/3 if no rent. Does anyone have a lawyer referral for me that can handle Fairfield County? Thanks!
