It certainly can happen. I used to fold 95% of my hands and just surf the net as usual until I got a premium hand. Then I played it tight even then. Eventually some jack ass would go all in when I had the nuts, and I make the easy call. Didn't get tons. But 100 in a couple hours that I was going to be online for anyways was very regular. Edit: I never went all in or called all in unless all the cards were already turned. I don't play like that in real life,... But it made it so I couldn't lose to hacks.
