Looks great dude. Those valve covers are amazing.

Btw, if you do go with a Killer Chiller, they organized a group buy on SVTSNAKE. 100 off. Get it on it!

Will look into for sure!

At this point I'm about 13k into this build and if I add one more $500 part the boss (wife) just might collect my balls !!!! Next year for sure though :)

with the killer chiller, its in your best interest to actually swap the stock heat exchanger back into position. after the IC fluid is cooled by the killer chiller (to 60 degrees or less), it goes through the heat exchanger before making it to the blower intercooler. if your heat exchanger is 'more efficient', it will actually heat that fluid up. some hardcore guys are actually bypassing their heat exchanger. i still have my aftermarket h/e on because i'm too lazy to take it off, and it does look better.

if you could return your aftermarket h/e and get the killer chiller, it would make the biggest difference in cooling your inlet temps. the chiller and a larger reservoir are all you need. its like driving a cooled down car the whole time--incredible

Thanks Kirk, I will prob keep what I have for now. I do agree that lower temp is better. More power and better for the motor! Combustion heat is what cooked my 3 pistons and started this whole snowball. It WILL happen though!!

Kirk said it best and is what im doing. I totally bypassed the H/E and am just running the kc. I saw 49* water coming out of the blower on the dyno. My stock one is still there, but just so there is no giant opening and its a huge eyesore without it. I also have an aftermarket intercooler tank that I insulated.
