Currently living down in SC now, and I would like to get a rental car for a week since the wifes car is a POS, and mine drinks gas (stupid mountains). Seems worth it at the $230 or so per week they want for them, but I was wondering if ya'll know of any good discounts out there? Seems like I should book one sooner than later. There are not many companies to choose from though: Hertz - Pricier, but probably the best Enterprise - Could do, but they have restrictions for mileage past NC U-Save - Slightly cheaper, but never heard of em. Rent-A-Wreck - I guess it is supposed to be a funny name, and are not actually that crappy, but supposedly much more used. I am sure I could drive further from 29201 to find other companies however.
