Call TW seven different times, receive seven different responses of incorrect/contradicting info. If you ever need to call them for any reason, be prepared to waste a couple hours of your life and resist the urge to blow your head off with a shotgun. I have no experience with AT&T Yeah, I thought Insight's stuff was pretty outdated but now with WOW... it's hilarious. The guide and everything looks like it's from 1994. They're getting new shit at the beginning of next year for a whole home DVR and whatnot and I really only got WOW for the internet but it's still funny.
