Especially in the evening after a hard day of 5000 cals and being bloated as shit. Wake up with abs, go to sleep with a food baby. If a woman is worried about my 6 pack then she better have one to! Brb useful lift brb heavy shit at work is light to me Brb more muscle groups than any other lift. Brb stiff legging 400 for reps with 25 plates and a 5 plate.
