I have also heard that Blackwing is easy to get one from, but they charge $30 to $50 for the Service. The Powder Room has always worked for me, but I have not used them for MANY years for this. They handed over a copy of their Signed FFL EZPZ, and the transfer fee was $25. I am sure it has gone up a bit by now.
