Pays 3 1/2 hours. We have a guy that does most all the trim work, so I don't do much inside most cars. Everything I do is mostly drivability and maint, with the random recalls and bullshit thrown in. One of the other guys fucked his back up after he tore down an Outlook to do the trans, guess who got to figure out where he put everything?
