BIGGU
Im in the process of making a swirl pot for my car and since im running E85 Ill need the container anodized on the inside. Who around Columbus can do it? Im planning on having it mostly finished, just leave the cap off and get it sent for anodizing and then weld the top on it. schmuckingham
Whats a swirl pot? Its a pot for a large pump to draw from a smaller pump. Small pump feeds the swirl pot, the large pump feeds from the swirl pot, the return feeds into the swirl pot and any excess is fed back to the tank. BIGGU
^^ this, when cornering the fuel sloshes to one side of the tank leaving the pumps to suck air instead of fuel. with my power level it could be very bad for my engine so id rather be safer than sorry. http://photos.motoiq.com/MotoIQ/Features/BrianLockGTR/JEF4229/824650422_TBpgi-L.jpg

BIGGU
so Ohio anodizing just called me back. $133 plus tax for clear anodizing and 168 for black anodizing. Seams super high. Might make a DIY anodizing setup. BDHG940, any more info on mills plating?
