Drunk driver in Miami wiped out one dealers inventory of Grand Sports last month ...

" Although details are sketchy, we spoke with a representative of the dealership who told us that on Wednesday, December 14 at around 3 am, a drunk driver lost control of his car and crashed into several new Corvette Grand Sports that were on display along the roadside. The driver wasn’t seriously injured in the accident . "

How the fuck did that damage pattern happen? ramped the silver went over top the white and slammed the front of the red? I wonder if they had lot cameras that would be a crazy video.

Looks like he went through the shrubs and up the small embankment before hitting the white one. So, yeah, I'll bet that is exactly what happened. He's just lucky they only had 3 parked right next to each other. There was a space between the red car and the next one over, otherwise he would be on the hook for even more.

Wonder what they would charge for one of the wrecks. Actually make that two, LS swaps for both the Camaro and the Impala!

Dumb question, but does insurance not pay out if you are drunk?

Imagine if it were an elective decision when purchasing insurance:

"Do you, at any time during your coverage, plan to drive drunk? If so, would you like to add Drunken Mishap Insurance to your policy? This will add approximately $2533 to your 6-month premium. Note: If you drive any F-Body GM product, this coverage will be added automatically"
