I have a loan on it and owe $3700 so that's what I'll ask obo. The only rust it has is a little above the rear wheel wells and the bottom lip of the tailgate. Extremely solid otherwise and all the suspension brackets have been replaced. In the past 200 miles it's had a new clutch and flywheel, new brakes on all 4 corners, new goodyear wranglers on all 4 corners, clear turn signal lenses, and probably more. It is extremely reliable and I'd drive it to California tomorrow. It has 175k on an inline 6 and 5spd trans, 2WD, 8' bed. It is the Eddie Bauer with wood grain and clean tan cloth interior. Everything works including the heat, A/C, power windows, power locks.
