Mallard
Has anyone done this yet? After reading about the latest release I think I'm going to do this next week. I think I would use and enjoy my TP more if the Incredulity is even half as good as my phone. http://androidcommunity.com/hp-touchpad-cm9-graduates-to-alpha-2-we-go-hands-on-20120224/
sol740
I'm running cm7 on my TP, it was the 3rd alpha release I think. Still, everything works and I've had no issues. Probably should update it though.

JaSSon
I'm running CM9 on my touchpad. That's Android 4.0.4 (ice cream sandwich). The camera and Mic don't work, and the audio distorts if the screen goes to sleep. Still, unless I need to Skype I never boot into WebOS. morabu
i'm running Classicnerd Butta 0.1.0 (v4.0.2) a CM9 ICS variant I use it everyday, rock stable, love it. only drawbacks are camera doesn't work yet (who cares). and they are still working on getting HW accelerated video to run natively (will run with 3rd party apps). gaewsky1
To those who have done it, where is a clear walkthrough including all files found? THX.
JaSSon
How-to: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/HP_Touchpad:_Full_Update_Guide The guide tells you to use AcmeInstaller to actually flash the ROM. I had to boot into ClockWork Mod and use that to flash. When you go to install, install the latest Nightly build using ClockWork Mod: http://get.cm/?device=tenderloin Then flash the latest Google Apps with CWM: http://goo.im/gapps
