It needs picked up from an auction house (if I win it) on the 25th, boxed up, protected and shipped to me here in ohio. The shipping quotes I get are for strapping it on a pallet and trucking it here. I dont think it needs its own pallet. Tractor Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 Thats a pretty heavy item so LTL on a pallet would be the standard method of shipping. I wouldn't be surprised if it also required delivery to a business with a dock or special arrangements for a lift gate truck. I'm no expert, but I did work for a company as the shipping guy for awhile and we didn't typically ship larger than 70lbs through UPS or the others, those items got strapped to a pallet.
