Comes with working charger and battery although the battery is old and needs to be replaced (has occasional issues taking a charge). Screen has some dust-sized bright spots depending on the display setting selected (personally it doesn't bother me). Keyboard/Trackpad/Palmrest in perfect condition. Normal wear on other parts of the case. I find I can get most everything I need done without paying a fortune. Also comes with a copy of Snow Leopard. I've seen similar Macbooks in far worse cosmetic condition, without a working battery or charger AND in need of a new logic board go for $175-$200....
