LS_Sonoma
Just a toy. I'm a 160lbs 6ft, so I think it's enough power for me. I would go liter bike, but I don't see the need for it. I typically find they are sluggish down low and are difficult for me to handle due to overall weight/length.
Sturg1647545502
you might be a little tight on a 750. Sit on both and see whats more comfortable

Theres hardly any difference in weight from a 600 to a 1k now. The 1k will destroy a 600/750 down low as well.
Big Chief2011647545501
what are you doing with it? I find the 750's a good balance between nimble and raw power. If you want to get more power out of it just upgrade some of the components and you'd be good to go. I just think a 1K is overkill for the streets its just not needed. Jelloman4571647545499
To me a 750 is a perfect fun bike right in the middle for turning and still has some speed. Im selling my Busa now and buying one since I want a bike to take to the track.
Mojoe
Clark and I talked this yesterday. But it just comes down to what kind of rider you are and what you plan to do with the bike. Most people would be challenged on a 250 at a road course.

Hell, they are all to much for the street but the difference is... ...if you get into a tight spot with a car.....the liter/big bore bike you can just gas it and GTF out of the way. A 600/750 you will have to downshift to get into the power band and by then it may be to late....
LS_Sonoma
That's something I hadn't considered, I am also looking at the Triumph Daytona 675r and the Honda 1000rr.

What am I doing wrong? you are not eating everything in site, you might think you are consuming a lot of calories but you are not in reality. you dont need mass gainer and some No3 think whole foods instead of manufactured..... Yasser-Hanbali
i believe a GSXR 750 is a great bike i loved my 600cc super comfy good low end and it looked good, IMO the new front ends are ugly but still good bikes. like others said if you think you can handle a 1000CC get a 08 and up GSXR with the torque settings you can change. but keep in mind a 1K will lift if you get on it, im a bigger guy and my 2000 R1 will lift the front tire no problem. 1badeagle
I small as hell. I'm also eating everything in sight. Mostly protein. What am I doing wrong? Do the GOMAD diet. Ive done it twice now. Drink a gallon of whole milk a day. Over 2k calories and 126 grams of protien. Excellent source of micros and macros. Toss the weight gainer and lift hard and do hard cardio on non lifting days to combat the fat.
