APR is *hinting* that they will probably recommend rods at some power level, but seeing as it's still in testing, it's all very fuzzy. They've gotten over 550tq at the wheels on moderate boost, and I don't even want to know what 27psi+ torque is like, but I'd say to fully max out whatever turbo they end up with on race gas, you'd want rods to be 100% safe.
