TurboNova
Well we ended up getting this camper, everything checked out on it and the price was hard to beat. Its a 27' salem with a good deal of add ons/accessories. Trying to find some "area" campgrounds within 1 hr of columbus that has power/water hookups to try it out, we plan on taking our two golden retrievers so it has to be dog friendly. I have searched KOA and Good Sam, just trying to find if anyone on here has their own recommendations. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0480.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0478.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0479.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0481.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0482.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0483.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/1972nova/IMG_0484.jpg

2 Sweet
VERY nice camper! Congrats on the purchase. John Bryan State Park near Yellow Springs is one of my favorites
BloodRed
Other than the ones mentioned above and a little longer than a 1 hour drive, but Lake Hope State Park. If you have a ATV or dirt bike, take it with you because they have some great trails. If not, still a great place to camp that not a lot of people seem to know about. Also has a nice lake for swimming, or no wake boating.

Nate1647545505
I know this way outside of your 1hr rule, but if you ever get a chance to visit KY, Daniel Boone (Clear Creek) has some nice sights for hiking, ATV trail, shooting range. Buck531
My friend has a camper at Berkshire Lake in Galena. He likes it. Seems pretty decent. Friend said it was dog friendly and there's a lot of dogs there. http://www.berkshirelakecampground.com/
