Im looking at the possibility of us rebuilding it next year, and makign it larger. problem is we have a split level and the support beam for the house runs through the garage and the post taht supports it is dead center of our garage. I assume this is a common issue with split level homes, but i'd like to talk to someone who has dealt with them before.. Suggestions?
