It does come apart into sections and I may be able to help transport within reason as long as you have help on both ends to load and unload. The one side has a staircase while the other a climbing ladder. It was built to hold 2 slides in opposite directions but when we moved it to its current location we did away with one of the slides so it could be closer to the fence. The opening was boarded across but you could easily buy another slide remove the boards and as good as new. This can also be reconfigured differently by placing the cross beam on a different upright. This can also be made into 2 seperate swingsets for about $50.
