integranator
Hey guys, I'm located in Westerville- have time Warner, which blows, anyone have uverse from AT&T? Any reviews on your cable company? I would be looking to get 12-19mbps and hd channel programming with hbo/showtime. Thanks in advance. Sturg1647545502
We made the switch from time warner to Uverse and havent looked back since. The prices are better and the channel guide is more responsive and has a better fit and finish.

Sully
I'm in the process of switching from Dish to DirecTV. Can't wait. I'm getting the HR34 HD DVR box that can record 5 shows at the same time. NFL Sunday ticket for free this year. HBO, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax free for the first 3 months. Not Brian
I've only had Time Warner and Insight. They both work..
Otis Nice
Time Warner is all that's offered where I live. We just have the basic internet, no cable. Right now we're watching Netflix via the xBox and both my wife and I are online. No probs. As for the cable alone, had it before with no probs. I have 50/5 right now and the downstream is admittedly overkill but I love the upstream for various reasons.
Buck531
My WOW HD DVR is slower than balls and my internet cuts out at random times (more at night). I've had 5 techs out and the last one who came out said I should replace my router to see if that fixes the issue. I haven't done it yet. It's and old linksys G router. I'll get to it eventually. I got WOW right when they made their wideband options available and had an issue where their modem thing reset typically once a day on its own. It wasn't a huge problem because it ended up being about 45 seconds of downtime a day but if that happened during an online game or watching something on Netflix then it was an issue. They came out and replaced the modem and everything and it didn't help at all. I've got their Ultra TV now so everyone goes through their "gateway" and it runs like a champ. The only issue I've had since I got that back in March or whenever it became available was an outage related to the massive power outages from the derecho back in July. I reset the whole system on my own every 2-3 weeks just out of paranoia.
Radio Flyer1647545514
If you look at Uverse find out where your house lies compared to the node you'll be hooked up to. It's going to make a huge difference on the quality of your service depending on how far away your house is from it.
mustangman2011
What kind of problems are you having? Radio Flyer is correct done believe the hype sometimes.

I never had a issue connecting to my personal or work VPN using there gateway.

mustangman2011
What kind of prices are you guys paying for ATT U Verse? packages etc. Everyone I know it has been way more expensive then Cable.
unfunnyryan
I'd go to uverse but warners 30/5 plan kills the uverse 24mbit, which I can't even get in my area (just the 18mbit) Also, you have to get the 200 channel package to get AMC, FX, etc.
