Exodus
My car was stolen in 2010 and I recently found out that I could have put that on my taxes that year. Its two years later, can I put my car on this years taxes? I did find this form with the IRS http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4684.pdf

Tractor
Not sure about your case but you can file up to three years back to claim a return. Doesn't work if you owe them though.
