It looks like the spec rule changes that they put in place are having the exact effect they wanted. The cars are cheaper to build up, so more companies can afford to join in. You get sick of seeing Citroen and Ford all the time, and with the news that Loeb will only be part time in 2013, and could be retiring/moving to another form of racing, it might actually be exciting to watch again.
