I'm the guy who will usually save up enough to get a free tank, unless I have points that are expiring, so I'm not wasting any "free" gas at all. Fuck that... The sad thing is, i had to go to a 7 hour long meeting about how they were changing to this new system, but all they did was say " well we made xxx millions in profit last year, but we missed ouy on a couple thousand bc of the fuel points system, so were changing it"... Well fuck them for that! That totally changed my approach to grocery shopping and gas. Soon after, Kroger started sending me a lot of coupons in the mail, I think because they realized I wasn't shopping there as much. At least that's what I think it was...
