I've been reading online about it for a few hours and have narrowed it to either the cam phasor or timing tensioner/chain guide. Bought it with the remainder of the factory warranty good through January. Purchased Fords add on warrenty where I pay a deductable. Dilema is that I do my own oil changes. I was a Service Manager at Nourse and worked for a Extended Warranty Company as a claims adjuster . That's the first thing they ask for is proof of maintenance .
