Dharris89
I would be Leary of the butler creek mags. I had one crack in half while in the gun. I bought a few ruger brand 25 round mags for only a few bucks more and they have held up great.

These: http://media.midwayusa.com/productimages/880x660/primary/238/238525.jpg Yes I agree though about the butler creek ones. That one above is the best for the 10/22. jerrodh
If you want a nice tack driver of a 10/22 look at Armslist from time to time for someone trying to sell theirs. I picked up one with $700+ worth of parts if you were to buy them new today for $350.
Shawn89
I say 10/22 and red jackets bullpup kit. I love my 10/
copperhead
red jacket lol butler creek lol There are so many nice parts for these guns that there's no point in spending money on junk. Ruger has a factory hicap mag. If you are going for super accuracy I would just stick with the factory 10 rounder, as that money would be better spent elsewhere. wagner
So where can I get the 25 round mags at? Seems a few places don't have them anymore, out of stock, or won't ship to Ohio.
Dharris89
Unfortunately since everyone is crazy right now anything over 10 rounds is going to be hard to find. Same as AR or AK mags. There is a gun show at Westland at the end of the month. If you get there on Saturday early you MAY find a couple but they will probably be stupid money. Dharris89
Cheaper than dirt says they have the ruger 25 round mags in stock for 49 each. That is double he price they were 2 months ago. I tried to order some mags from them last week and they charged my cc then rejected my order. So be careful. Good luck

XChris1632X
Anyone have any leads on the bx-25 mags? I have looked a bunch of places. I much easier found pmags for $20 then I did these. I dont care if I can just buy one. I never had seen one of these but would love one for my 10/22. It is one of my favorite guns. I have only seen one link that said they would even backorder and that said they wouldnt have any until May. Thought maybe someone knows of better websites than I do. Ramsey
They are going for 70 on Ebay. I bought some butler creeks on Walmart.com before they sold out. And ordered some of the BX-25X2 double mags
Dharris89
It's good that you found some. Just watch the Butler Creeks. I had one split at the seam while in the gun. It held but as soon as I ejected it, the mag fell apart in my hands. Maybe it's a fluke but.....
KillJoy
I have one of the BC's w/ the plastic lips. It sucks. If you get more then 5 rounds w/o a jam.... you are doing good! I have not heard a single bad thing about the Ruger BX-25's.... KillJoy Edited December 30, 2012 by KillJoy I type like Bad Paul.. Scotty2Hotty
Midway had them before Christmas, but limited each customer 2 mags each. So I made 3 orders. I'll call a customer of mine that runs a gun store to see if he can score me some.
