Comes with controller and solenoids, everything that comes with it new. Prefect, just changing up a couple things. On My setup I was able to control from 2.5psi to 18psi no problems anywhere from the bottom to the top of my number but I think you can control all the way to 40psi 345.00 FIRM.... its 400 plus ship/tax new minimum.
