The real story behind the coast to coast races of the 70s and 80s

I am absolutely obsessed with anything related to the Cannon Ball Sea to Shining Sea and U.S. Express races and have been waiting years for this film to finally be released.

32 hours and 7 minutes, not a comedy based off of the Cannon Ball Run but actual footage and interviews of the drivers that participated in the U.S. Express races. On the downside, a large portion of the movie is about the douche bag Alex Roy's attempts, still well worth watching.

Yea, the Cannon Ball Run was made as a comedy (to protect the innnocent/guilty?) - Brock Yates' book "Cannonball" tells the real backstory of many of those portrayed in the movie - some of that shit you just can't make up!!!

Still looks interesting though...
