Now, based on that, I am expecting free movie channels, or a gift card, or... I read the letter, and my special thanks is an increase of $5 a month on every English package they offer and $1 more per month on every DVR. FUCK. YOU. They left out the part they had promo channels that you be charged after 6 months. After inquiring why our bill had gone up without notice, they had to launch an investigation as to if we were watching channels we knew nothing about. Switched to direct-tv next day.
