And the teens that go to school, have a part-time job, help around the house, and then want an hour or two to relax with friends in the evening? Hooligans! How dare they ask for a spot to meet up and hang out where they won't be harassed by cops! What would the cops do all night? Heavens forbid someone who can't spend money in a bar have any free time to themselves to socialize with their peers. We just can't have that.
