That said, I can understand OSHA not requiring them to tie off as they climb, but I am a little surprised that parachutes aren't required (or the preferred method of getting back down, for that matter) This right here. When they said something about watching for storms cause there is no quick way down, I was thinking a parachute would be the quickest way. +1 on them needing one for safety though. Osha only allows free climbing when tying off is not possible, and clearly it was possible which is likely why the faces are blurred.
