We use allot of recycled material for a base under concrete/asphalt or new driveways, it does have debris in it. Sometimes it can be really bad too.I Always top off drives with #57 limestone paying $19 ton plus trucking. Our trucks charge $70 per hr.

I moved the electrical panel about 20 ft to a closet on my rental a few years ago. Installed a disconnect on the outside with no problems when inspected. -

You should seal concrete to help prevent salt damage and staining caused from oil, dirt, etc. I recommend a penetrating sealer after 30 days
-
Ill put it to good use, thanks

its really easy to diy. Just use soap/water mix to check for leaks. Also don't forget to put in a dirt leg . Buy the stuff in the lengths you need pre threaded from home depot or lowes.

Are you needing Precast concrete ones or just cast iron frames/lids? Sometimes its cheaper to do cast in place concrete with iron lids.

Make sure the trailer has an adjustable coupler to compensate for the lift so you can keep the deck somewhat level.

I do allot of it. Make sure you do a sample because sometimes acid wont react. I've had some jobs not take at all, even with surface prep. Acid staing is really nice but it can highlight any flaws ( stains, cracks, spalls, etc). If used with a gloss sealer you can get some really rich colors to appear!
