From what TMZ and other media outlets are reporting he's in an induced coma and not looking good. Not a fan of his music, but don't wish death upon anyone "5:16 PM PT -- We're told Wayne is being prepared for his last rites ... with his family surrounding him to say their goodbyes. If you read the TMZ article it says he was previously in the hospital for seizures, but after they seemd to have stopped he was released. I believe it makes sense that he would tweet "alive and well" at that point. The article also mentions that after he was released from the hospital the first time, he went on a condeine binge and was found in his room unconcious.
