Jackson1647545504
I do this so seldom, is there a way place for transferring a title on Sunday between two owners? Some DMV office? Bank? Getting notarized in advance?
El Karacho1647545492
A lot of times the banks inside of WalMart, etc will have someone there on Sunday. Call ahead and make sure they're a notary.
BBQdDude
As the seller you can get this pre-done anytime.
POS VETT
The title can be signed by seller & notarized on any day of the week, but the actual title transfer is not going to happen on a Sunday; I assume not without a special arrangement of sort. Green Bastard
As the seller you can get this pre-done anytime. The BMV is starting to crack down on people notorizing an open title (no buyer written in). Not saying you couldn't find someone to do it, this is just what they told me when I went in with an open title once.
RC K9
I recall getting a title notarized when I was a seller at the bank in Kroger on a Sunday. Both parties were present though, and it was years ago.
Turbs3000
Yea, just like the title thread from last week, you technically cannot pre-sign it. It says that all information above a certain line must be filled out before it can be notorized and the buyers name is above that line. Notaries can (not saying they will) but can get in a lot of trouble for this.
hallman77
I'll notarize it if you're both there. <--- period
downingracing
I've used craigslist to find a mobile notary and met them on a Sunday evening to have them notorized the title (my part as seller only). Worth it every time!
wnaplay1647545503
Banks open on a Sunday inside grocery stores almost always have a notary.
