We the sensible people of the United States, in an

I should have this guy run for public office..... I got it sent to me in an email...

This isn't how people spoke in the 1700s. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are very easily interpreted. You just need an 'outdated' dictionary.

and it's very easily mis-interpreted..... look at all the jokers that insist that those that have OWE those that have not....
