1998 Camaro Z28, 6-speed manual with 115,xxx miles

T-tops, gray leather, power everything.

Looking to get $7,000 obo

Mod list:

-SLP lid w/ K&N filter

-Edelbrock longtubes & offroad Y

-QTP electric cutout

-Ported & polished throttle body

-LS6 intake

-LS7 clutch

-Pro5.0 w/ factory Hurst knob

-Dynotuned by IPS Motorsports

-160* t-stat

-18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear; black c6z06 wheels, with nt555's.

-KYB AGX shocks with Strano lowering springs

-UMI adjustable panhard bar

-Alpine CDA9884 head unit w/ ipod hookup

-BLS HID Projector retrofit package

-Rear fenders have been rolled by IPS Motorsports.

The car also has tinted windows, black housed turn signals, black billet grille, and a black (plastidip flat black, original gloss black underneath) tail panel. Great condition inside and out. The paint on the rear bumper has a lackluster touch up job (done by a previous owner). The interior has the typical scuff on the driver's seat bolster, and there is also a hole in the carpet near the gas pedal. The AC compressor is leaking. The passenger side window motor is slow going up. The body and paint looks great. Overall the car is very nice and clean, especially for being almost 15 years old with over 100k.

The car runs and drives fantastic. The stock dyno numbers were 301whp/324wtq and after the mods and tune it is making 355whp/368wtq. It has responded very well to the mods and is a blast to drive.

Along with the car, I have a few things to toss in;

-3.73 gears with ~2000 miles on them with a great pattern.

-Pair of chrome c6z06 wheels with 305/35zr18 nt555r's that were at one time on atomic fusion's vette (not anywhere close to lightly used or new, but still stick to the road real good)

-set of 4 'deep dish' replica c5 widespoke wheels

-I have the old b&m pro ripper (the one with the 2 piece handle)

-second set of clear glass t-tops

Thread from ls1tech where I installed my BLS Hid kit.

Oh fucking lord, how I wish I had the money to buy this thing back :(

Steve has taken excellent care of this car as did myself and Andrew (Big A on here, the guy who owned it before me). It is one of the strongest running bolt-on LS1 cars around, and I seriously kick myself every day for selling it.

This is a great price too

Killer price indeed.

I thought those wheels looked familiar.

Thanks everyone for the compliments!

Are you in South Carolina?

Yes, I am located barely 5 minutes south of the North Carolina border, near Charlotte. I understand that this is quite a long distance for-sale ad, but the cars history with other members here, I figured I'd list it.

Here are some pics of the other wheels.

They are brand new and only this one has even been out of the box.

Would you sell the c5 replica wheels?

+1

I would consider it, but I am not sure on the cost to ship from SC.

How good is the WORX? I see those on TV all the time...

I really like mine, but the whole bit of going around a football field 3 times or whatever on one charge is bullshit!

Hah. Its this cheap light duty electric chainsaw. Works good. Great for small enough things.

if only you were not in sc.

Haha. That is not a good enough reason. I have no issue driving it halfway.

I am going to post this up on ls1 tech this weekend. Just wanted to let cr to get at it first.

FYI, I have no idea why the pics were not working or how long they were not working.

I can understand that. Were you around the car any when it was in Columbus? If someone knew for sure that they would buy it, I would consider driving it up there myself.

If anybody wants to see any other pictures of it, let me know. It's a well kept car that has not seen much of winter.
