I have never used it for anything but powering those speakers. RX-517VTN is the model of it. The cabinets are filled with the following: 15" High Compliance Woofer 6 1/2" Specially Treated Midrange Wide Angle Dispersion Horn Tweeter Nominal 8 ohms Power 150 Watts RMS with max power of 300 Watts. 36" x18" x 12" deep and weight about 53lbs The sound from these speakers is outstanding. Had them in my dorm room, then 2 different classrooms. They lite up a huge 100'x70' shop classroom. Some scuffs on the cabinet from moving them 4 times. Few small tears in the cloth where it goes over the frame, cant see it from 5' away. Speakers and foam in great shape.
