Someone on reddit was behind it on 40 after they got it off of 270 and followed them. From the video it looks like the boat is on the exit side, actually from the 10tv chopper view it looks like it's on 270N well before it it divides which would put it south of 70 which still doesnt make sense but it's over now and didnt effect me in any way.
