V8 Beast Posted July 3, 2013 Report Share Posted July 3, 2013 Its not illegal to follow someone, but it is illegal to stalk and harass. Did Zimmerman cross that line? who knows.... You have a right to protect a neighborhood, but racial profiling is illegal in many places. The line here is too gray to pinpoint it... moving on. Who laid hands on the other person first? Did Zimmerman have to protect himself after being attacked... or did he try and make a citizens arrest thus giving the kid every right to defend himself? Only one person knows at this point so the debate is really worthless. Its not a race thing, it's a situation of circumstances that hit the news at a perfect time to go viral.
