SinisterSS Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 as the title says, does anyone have the factory recovery disc for this laptop or know where I can get one? I bought and installed Norton security systems on my laptop then shortly after I got the blue screen of death. Everything worked fine up until that point, It wont go into safe mode or any other mode which makes this even more frustrating, I've tried everything with no success, I don't have anything I need saved so going back to the factory settings wont be an issue. There's a recovery partition on the harddrive as long as its the factory drive. If you hit alt+F11 at the boot screen it should send you into the recovery mode. You know what to do from there.....
