They have restored the cash system but the EBT card system remains down at this time. ODJFS has reported Xerox is currently working on restoring the EBT system. All states that use the Xerox system are affected by the outage. Xerox is notifying retailers to go to the manual system in the meantime. SNAP recipients should call the 800 number of their back of the card and Xerox will guide them through the purchase process. Customers can spend up to 50 dollars until the system is back online." Soo.. While it sounds like the process might be a little longer then norm, its not like they can't buy food period. At least it wasn't the 1st-10th...
