Plumbing and HVAC isn't a must, but would be nice. Will need to be able to fit 4 cars comfortably. May settle for slightly smaller. Any leads? Found a few around 1200sq ft for $6-700 with electric, plumbing and some with office/restrooms. Had a nice1800sq ft pole barn with everything but plumbing. Called to confirm appointment for signing lease today and he rented out this morning to his neighbor. I am open. Cheaper is always better. Location is key too.
