Browning Posted January 14, 2014 Report Share Posted January 14, 2014 It's an ASUS laptop running windows 7. Updated drivers and had two issues. First being the touchpad stopped responding. Rolled back to the previous driver and that fixed it. Second and separate issue is the mic is stuck on. I didn't notice until I shut the lid and heard it making sounds. Haven't found anything on google that has helped yet. Tried updating via device manager but it says the installed driver is current. Tried rolling back the driver and restarting but I lose sound all together when I do that even though the equalizer bar still moves up and down when something should be playing.
