OneSlow04GEETEE
Anymore info? Looks good and stock..lol. Hope it makes 1,300whp+... It has a built 4L80E trans in it. 502ci, Gen 3 ported heads, Gen 3 intake, twin Comp 7171 billet turbos, custom air to water intercoolers, E85, and more that I can't think of off the top of my head. Also running on the top of the line AEM standalone.
OneSlow04GEETEE
Here's the build beginning to end. Trans install pics on page 14 http://www.viperalley.com/forum/viper-discussions-gen-i/103707-my-custom-tt-set.html He also won the dyno shootout in Columbus last year. They had issues with it on the dyno and shut it down at 5000rpm.
coltboostin
FUCKING PADDLE SHIFT. If they have the boost by gear dialed in, he will supprise a LOT of people at Texas. If the car works well I bet the 4l60/80 E + Paddle will get SUPER popular in a hurry. Buy stock now! LOL

jevans
That Viper is making some crazy numbers. I'm having Big 3 Racing do my twin turbo set-up on my new Mod Motor. The guys at Big 3 build some really nice stuff, can't wait to see what kind of numbers my set-up will make.

LOL Bowler has had a paddle shift setup has had a paddle shift setup out for the better part of 5 years now. And I wouldn't be surprised if they're making the TCI paddle shift that was used in the viper build.

jevans
Any more info on your new setup? I'll be swapping the naturally aspirated big block ford out for the mod motor. The new combination is a Bridge built 5.4 Mod Motor with GT Heads. The power adder is a pair of Comp Turbo 7275's, MMR Sheet Metal Intake, Air to Air Intercooler, Powerglide Transmission and managed with a Holley Dominator EFI ECU. Ark Hot Rods will be making upgrades to the 25.5 Chassis. Big 3 Racing will be fabbing up the hot and cold sides, installing the management system and doing the initial fire up and chassis dyno. The plan is to continue to run NMRA True Street and some local heads up stuff. I'll post some more info as I get closer to making the swap. Here's a few pictures for now...John http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0203131312_zps45d0477b.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/1202132017a_zps6a775638.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0207141444_zps95b134be.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0207141445a_zps4d32d899.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0218141129a_zpsa94e286b.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0218141129b_zpsac9f9de5.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/jevans88/Mod%20Motor/0218141828_zpse671cb0f.jpg

jevans
Would mind if I did a feature on your new ride in dragzine? No problem...I'm planning the swap later on in the season. I'd like to have it together to catch a few of NMRA Events and Bowling Green in October. I'll be running the current combination until I start the swap. jevans
Is that your GN next to the stang? Getting an upgrade too? Yeah, it has been down for over a year now. It's finally getting a powerplant to match the chassis. I'm waiting for the heads to come back from DLS and then the engine can be reassembled for the last time. I probably should have done an LS swap, it took forever to get all the parts to build a nice Buick V-6 engine. Should be a pretty stout combination once it's put back together. I've really hated seeing it sit in the shop for the last year and a half.
OneSlow04GEETEE
Excellent choice by choosing Big 3, jevans. They built my turbo kit and have been tuning my car since day one. They do a phenomenal job.

I'm happy with all my dealings with Big 3 Racing so far. I spoke to Rick over the phone and was sold by the time we hung up. I'm hoping to have the notch up to them sometime later this summer.
