vonrottes Posted March 20, 2014 Report Share Posted March 20, 2014 My friend traded his 199? dodge ram 2500 for a 1996 Sonoma 4x4. it's got a standard 4.3 and 4l60e. not much to look at but it runs & drives decently. But this kid is pretty......ignorant when it comes to cars.. Wanted to do an SRT4 swap in his 4 door neon a few years ago. Then started drooling over my S10 when I put the LS in it..... Well, now he ask me to put an LS in his hoopty, which....compared to my hoopty still looks like a turd and up until today I thought he was just bull shitting like with the SRT4 thing.... but I now have...sitting in my garage a 2003 LR4 http://cdn.overclock.net/b/bf/900x900px-LL-bf2abc58_IMAG0262.jpeg So, I guess I'll be doing a 4x4 LS swap this summer. Trying to stay on a budget, were going to reuse his Transmission and t-case Hopefully reuse the Radiator (if it's HD) and try to use my Stainless Short tubes in it..
