Richard Cranium
With racing season getting started I was looking online for wireless cameras I could use for towing the race trailer. Hitching up a trailer blind is a pain in the ass as well. Does anyone have any recommendations for a wireless camera that I could stick to my tailgate and then watch a screen in the cab to line up the hitch and trailer tongue. Also it would be handy to put a wireless camera on the back of the trailer for backing into spots. Even with towing mirrors my visibility past the trailer is shit. If it matters, the truck is a 2000 Tundra and the trailer is a 28' enclosed.
POS VETT
I didn't know that a '0 Tundra had that much towing capacity.
Richard Cranium
Everything I have read says the truck has a 7000 lb towing capacity with the towing package. The trailer is around 4000, the car is around 1500, the miscellaneous stuff in the trailer is 500 lbs or so. I think I'm okay.
starkmaster03
I had a 7" wireless peak in my truck and I wouldn't recommend it. The camera built up condensation a few months in and wasn't clear and the wireless didn't always work. The wireless screen was stolen when my truck got broken into in December so I'm looking for a new setup and would much rather put in a hard wired system. turbospec29
http://www.columbusdrivingacademy.com/adults.htm Lol. I wouldn't mind a camera to see my hitch ball. Doesn't harbor freight sell a cheap one?

Stretch
My grandpa has this one and it works great. I've used it a handful of times myself. He's had it about a year now and loves it. http://www.amazon.com/Yada-BT53328F-1-Digital-Wireless-Monitor/dp/B007AAUTG8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1397093115&sr=8-3&keywords=wireless+backup+camera
