Need an L1 tech and a GS tech in Westerville

I work at the Schrock Road Boyds Goodyear and we have two positions to fill asap. We are looking for a master tech and a general service tech. The pay plan is hourly plus a productivity bonus based on how many hours you turn. Master techs start at $17-$20 an hour with bonus starting at 60% productivity and general service techs typically start at $10 an hour with bonus starting at 50% productivity. Typically we hire GS's with only a little bit of experience so we can train them our way but, we are in need of someone quickly so we'd prefer an experienced guy who can jump right in and get work done. Typically work weeks are a pretty firm 40 hours and you will rarely go over that unless the work load calls for it or someone else is on vacation. Its a great family to work for and they are pretty good about making sure you have time for a life outside of work.
