Replaced both in my Fbody, both driver and passenger fronts on the Suburban and the rear ones need done. Are the NApa replacements as good as any? VERY few of our Dorman window regs ever have issues, I can count the number of them I have had back in the past 2 years on 1 hand. craig71188 Posted April 24, 2014 Report Share Posted April 24, 2014 I don't know too much about Dorman's regulators, but their window lift MOTORS are iffy at best. You may want to see if you can find a regulator/motor from ACi. A division of my parent company, good stuff - in fact we like to think the pressure we put on Dorman made their product better. They make shitty f-body doors. Never seen a good regulator or door in a third or forth gen. the glass is a mile long and heavy, and there are no good mounting points. ++++ on the NAPA regs.
