I was asking because there are always positions open in the government (where all the IT jobs I know of require one) but I'm not sure if one is needed for all of them. Anyways, go browse http://www.usajobs.gov and apply for all of them. Pay is in the 60k-72k range, starting.. which isn't a lot relative to private sector network admin jobs, but benefits and job security are top notch.
