Needs them installed. He can tow to your location or if you can swing over by his place. 1997 Honda Accord LX 2.2 Pm me and I can put you in contact. Is your friend prepared for worse? You are absolutely right, it could be worse, the tensioner etc. The belts when I pulled them out looked decently old but I don't think he has a choice.
